Indiana, PA – August 1, 2009 – TRG Field Solutions today announced its separation from TRG Customer Solutions, Inc. to operate as an independent and leading direct marketing company. TRG Field Solutions is the former direct marketing arm of TRG Customer Solutions, a $100 million business process outsourcing and customer management company.

TRG Field Solutions was established in 2007 and provides direct sales and marketing services through the door-to-door channel to customers in multiple industry verticals including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Insurance, and Energy. The Company also supports programs for other direct marketing agencies, not-for-profit organizations and public enterprises. TRG Field Solutions’ capabilities include product and service sales, installation services, up-selling, cross-selling and after-sales service support. The Company also offers value-added data collection and survey services designed to enhance customer insight and augment third-party marketing activities.

The new entity will continue to be led by current President and CEO Chris Ungarino, an industry veteran with over 25 years experience in direct selling and managing customer relationships. “I am extremely proud of our team of dedicated and talented sales and marketing associates for driving the Company’s remarkable growth over the past few years,” Mr. Ungarino stated. “There is a growing trend amongst companies to outsource their sales force and the door-to-door channel has become an important consideration in this marketing strategy.
